• Apply 2–3 pumps (or ~5–7 drops) to the palm of your hand.
• Spread over the face and neck with pressing movements, without intense rubbing.
• If you feel tight, apply another thin layer to your cheeks/forehead.
  

Vitalizing Milk (emulsion), 15 g:

• Take a pea-sized amount (≈0.3–0.5 ml).
• Apply along massage lines, especially to areas with dryness/loss of elasticity.
• Use less volume in the T-zone, a little more on the cheeks.
  

Morning: Finish with SPF 1–2 minutes after Milk.
