1. Use the mask on cleansed facial skin after toner/lotion.
   
2.  Carefully unfold the mask and spread it evenly over your face, avoiding the eye and lip area.
   
3.  Leave for 10–15 minutes.
   
4.  Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence into the skin with your palms – do not rinse.
   
5.  If desired, complete the treatment with an emulsion or cream.
