1. Gently apply the mask to cleansed and toned skin, spreading it along the contours of the face. Start with the eye area, then smooth it over the entire face, pressing the mask firmly against the skin.
   
2. Leave the mask on for 3 - 5 minutes.
   
3. Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence onto the face and neck until completely absorbed. No need to rinse.
   
4. After the procedure, continue with your usual care (for example, apply a moisturizer to retain moisture).
