Use Freeze The Youth as the final step of your evening skincare routine or as an overnight mask. It is recommended to use every evening, but it can also be applied in the morning with a thin layer for extra nourishment (especially during the cold season).

In the evening (main application):

1. Prepare your skin: after cleansing, toner and serums.
   
2. Apply the cream: take a small amount (1–2 pea-sized, depending on the area).
   
3. Activate: Rub the cream between your palms to warm it to body temperature.
   
4. Apply to the face: with massaging movements - from the center of the forehead to the temples, from the nose through the cheeks to the ears, from the chin to the ears.
   
5. Apply to the neck and décolleté: smooth the cream from the bottom up.
   
6. Leave the cream on overnight: in the morning, wash off as usual.
   

Morning (optional):

1. Apply the cream in a thin layer after the serum.
   
2. Use a small amount: half a pea is enough.
   
3. Avoid the eyelid area to avoid shine.
