Use morning and evening on cleansed skin after toner, before cream.

• Application: take 3–5 drops of serum with a pipette and apply to the face (one drop on the forehead, cheeks, chin). For the neck – another 1–2 drops.
  
• Distribution: Spread evenly with your fingers over your face and neck, moving from the center to the periphery. You can lightly massage or pat for better absorption.
  
• Absorption: Allow the serum to absorb (approximately 30 seconds).
  
• Finish: Apply moisturizer to lock in the active ingredients. Add SPF in the morning.
  

Note: The serum does not contain photosensitizers, so it is safe for morning use. Recommended course is at least 8 weeks for visible anti-aging effect. Can be combined with retinol, using Forever Young in the morning, retinol in the evening.
