1. Use in the evening (once a day). With damp hands or on a dry face – as desired (on dry skin the paste will lie more tightly to absorb sebum).

2. Squeeze approximately 2 cm of paste into the palm of your hand (an amount the size of a large pea).

3. Apply the paste to your face, avoiding the area around your eyes and mouth. Spread it over your skin, especially on areas with problem pores (nose, chin). Feel the paste “stick” to your skin – the clay will start working.

4. Massage your skin in gentle circular motions for 30-60 seconds. Focus on areas with calluses or roughness. Don’t press too hard – the scrub particles will do their job without any extra pressure. You will notice that the granules gradually become smaller – this is normal.

5. When you feel that the scrubbing is enough (the granules have almost melted), wet your hands with warm water and continue massaging – the paste will start to turn into a thick foam. Add a little more water and lather well all over your face. The clay-coal foam will “pull” the remaining dirt from the pores.

6. Rinse thoroughly with warm (not hot) water. Make sure there are no clay particles left along your hairline or near your ears.

7. Pat your face dry with a towel. Enjoy squeaky clean, smooth skin! Then immediately apply toner/lotion to restore moisture balance.

8. Tip: Use Mud Wash 1-2 times a week as a quick mask: apply a thicker layer for 3 minutes without massaging, then lather and rinse. This will give an additional detox effect.
