1. After shampooing, lightly towel dry your hair.

2. Take the required amount of mask (about the size of a walnut) and apply evenly to damp hair, leaving a distance of ~5 cm from the roots.

3. There is no need to keep the mask on for a long time – just distribute it and lightly massage your hair for 30–60 seconds. During this time, it will start to work (you can leave it on for another 1–2 minutes if you wish).

4. Add a little warm water, lather the mask directly on your hair – a thick foam will form that will penetrate all pores.
