Shipping Policy

Delivery of orders from the L'Orientale Origine online store is carried out across the entire territory of Ukraine. We cooperate with the leading logistics company Nova Poshta to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your purchases.
 

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Nova Poshta. You can choose delivery to the nearest Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker in your locality, or opt for courier delivery directly to your address (if this service is available in your city).
When placing an order, please specify your preferred option: the branch number or the exact address for courier delivery.
 

Delivery Cost

Free delivery is available for all orders of 2,500 UAH or more.
If your order total is 2,500 UAH or higher, the delivery cost is fully covered by our store — you do not incur any additional shipping charges.

For orders under 2,500 UAH, the delivery fee is calculated according to Nova Poshta’s standard rates based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, as well as the selected delivery method (branch or courier).

Nova Poshta tariffs are standard: for example, delivery within a region typically starts from 60–100 UAH for a small parcel, but the final amount may be clarified during checkout.

We do not add any extra charges to Nova Poshta’s rates — you pay exactly the amount specified by the carrier. In the case of free delivery (orders from 2,500 UAH), all costs are covered by our store.
 

Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally, order processing and dispatch take 1 business day from the moment of confirmation (i.e., if you place and pay for the order before 14:00, we typically ship it the same day or the next business day).

Delivery via Nova Poshta usually takes 1–3 business days from the moment of shipment.
The exact transit time depends on the distance to your destination and Nova Poshta’s schedule.

In major cities, parcels often arrive the next day; delivery to more remote areas may take 2–3 days.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery may take longer — we will inform you if such delays occur.
 

Order Pickup

When your parcel arrives in your city, you will receive an SMS or Viber notification from Nova Poshta indicating that your order is ready for pickup (or informing you about the planned courier visit).

To collect your parcel at a Nova Poshta branch, you must present an identity document (passport, driver’s license, or the Diia app) and provide your tracking number.

Nova Poshta stores parcels for 5 business days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender.
Please pick up your order on time. If you cannot do so, contact us — we may be able to extend the storage period or offer an alternative solution.

For courier delivery, a Nova Poshta representative will bring the parcel to your address. The courier will call you in advance to confirm the delivery time.
Please ensure your availability (or the availability of an authorized person) at the agreed time.
Upon delivery, check that the packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged, the courier will prepare a damage report, and you have the right to refuse the parcel.
 

Product Inspection

We carefully pack all items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we strongly recommend checking the completeness and appearance of the products at the moment of receipt, in the presence of a Nova Poshta employee (branch operator or courier).

If you notice external damage to the packaging or products, discrepancies in the names, or missing items, be sure to report this to the delivery representative before accepting the parcel. If necessary, a Claim Report can be filed on the spot.
This significantly simplifies and speeds up the resolution of any issues (product exchange, shipment of missing items, etc.).

If the parcel was not inspected upon receipt and damage is discovered later, we will still do our best to assist you, but please note that resolving such cases may be more complicated.
Your attentiveness at pickup ensures faster support from our side.
 

Additional Conditions

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier (for example, due to weather conditions, Nova Poshta’s internal logistics issues, or force majeure). However, we are always ready to help locate your parcel and, where possible, speed up the process.

After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number, which you can use to monitor the shipment on Nova Poshta’s website or mobile app.
