Payment policy

We strive to make the payment process for purchases as convenient and secure as possible for you.
The following payment methods are available in our online store L'Orientale Origine :

1. Payment via Mono Pay (plata by mono)

After receiving your order, we send you an individual payment link via Mono Pay — a convenient and fast payment system from monobank.

Mono Pay allows you to pay for your purchase in just a few clicks using any Visa or MasterCard bank card (including cards from other Ukrainian banks).
Payment takes place on a secure page, your card details are not stored or transferred to third parties.

After successful payment, we immediately receive confirmation and begin processing your order. You will receive a notification of payment and order confirmation via email or messenger.

Security: Mono Pay is certified according to the international PCI DSS security standard and provides encryption of all payment data.

2. Bank transfer payment

At the client's request, we can provide the bank details of the individual entrepreneur for manual payment of the order (via your bank's application). To use this option, let us know after placing the order - we will send the details for payment. Order processing begins after the funds are credited to the account.

Importantly

We work only on prepayment.
Postpaid (cash on delivery) is currently not available.
All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and include all taxes in accordance with current legislation.
If your card is serviced in a different currency, the bank automatically converts it at its own rate.

Refund

If the order is canceled before shipment, we will provide a full refund to the same card from which the payment was made (term - up to 5 business days, depending on the bank).

When returning goods of proper quality (according to our Return Policy), funds are refunded after receiving and checking the goods. If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, we will compensate for the full cost of the order and delivery .
