On wet hair after washing:

1. Lightly dry your washed hair with a towel to a “damp but not wet” state.
   
2. Press the pump 1–2 times (for medium-length hair, 3 presses if long) and rub the oil between your palms.
   
3. Apply evenly to hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to the mid-lengths. Avoid applying to the roots to avoid weighing them down. Pay special attention to the driest areas (tips, strands around the face).
   
4. Do not rinse. Then dry your hair with a hairdryer or naturally – the oil is activated by heat, so a hairdryer will only improve penetration.

On dry hair (for shine and taming):

1. Squeeze out half a dose (0.5–1 pump), rub between your palms and lightly run through dry ends and the hair surface to smooth frizz and add shine. You can do this every morning or before going out.
   
2. To make combing easier, you can also apply oil to dry hair before combing - it will act as a detangler.
