1. Wash your hair with shampoo (preferably from the same Deep Moist 1.0 line) and lightly squeeze out excess water.
   
2. Take a portion of conditioner and apply to clean, damp hair, especially the ends and damaged areas. Avoid applying to the roots to avoid weighing them down.
   
3. Distribute evenly throughout the length. If desired, leave on for 3–5 minutes for a deeper effect.
   
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
