1. Wet your hair and scalp well with warm water.
   
2. Apply the required amount of shampoo to your palms and lather in your hands.
   
3. Apply the foam to the scalp with massaging movements, washing the roots, gradually distributing it along the entire length of the hair.
   
4. Leave the foam on your hair for a few minutes to allow the active ingredients to penetrate deeper.
   
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat if necessary. For maximum effectiveness, follow with a conditioner/mask from the same series.
