1. Wet your hair and scalp with warm water.
   
2. Apply 1–2 pumps of shampoo to your palms, add a little water and lather.
   
3. Massage the foam into your scalp, paying attention to the roots – this stimulates blood circulation and provides better root volume.
   
4. Apply the foam along the length of the hair to the ends, gently cleansing it of dirt.
   
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
